Our agency focuses on a needs-based approach to help individuals and families evaluate income protection, retirement preparation, and investment considerations in alignment with their goals and risk tolerance.The RoleThis position involves conducting structured financial and insurance reviews, identifying potential planning gaps, and discussing suitable strategies across income protection, retirement accumulation, and investment planning. The role operates within defined processes and supervisory guidelines and is supported by coaching and an established customer base. Career DevelopmentStructured onboarding, ongoing development in retirement planning and investment conversations, coaching within regulatory and supervisory frameworks, and opportunities to expand responsibilities based on performance, licensing, and business development.Key Responsibilities• Conduct comprehensive financial and insurance reviews (in person or virtual).• Evaluate assets, liabilities, income protection needs, retirement readiness, and legacy objectives.• Identify potential gaps and discuss suitable planning options consistent with regulatory standards.• Perform daily targeted outreach to designated planning segments.• Complete periodic portfolio and financial reviews in accordance with firm policy.• Maintain required documentation and compliance standards for insurance and securities activity. Compensation $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
