I am not the easiest to deal with but his patients was outstanding. He truly cares about each individual that comes in. I say it that way cause he didn’t make me feel like a customer I was Daniel with 3 car a company a house kids a dog and cat. Not customer 8748776. As a customer, I expected a basic standard of professionalism, responsiveness, and support (none of which were demonstrated during my interactions with her). My attempts to get clear answers and assistance were met with delayed responses, vague information, and, at times, complete unavailability. Rather than feeling supported, I felt dismissed and like my concerns were not taken seriously. This is not the standard of care I would expect from a reputable insurance agency like State Farm. This experience has eroded my trust in both the agent and the agency as a whole.
